Mini Bar Attendant

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece the Mini Bar Attendant maintains and replenishes mini-bars in guest rooms, ensuring accuracy in inventory, billing, and presentation while delivering the legendary Mandarin Oriental guest experience. The Mini Bar Attendant reports to the Assistant In Room Dining Manager.

As Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Restock mini-bars according to Mandarin Oriental standards
• Conduct daily inventory checks and update consumption records in the system
• Ensure accurate posting of charges to guests' account records and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of mini-bar areas; report maintenance issues
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages
• Respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency

As Mini Bar Attendant, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit
• Valid driving license
• 1 year of experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel/restaurant/bar operation
• Good level of English
