Maintenance Manager- Mitsis Mitsis N'U Piraeus Port

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
Purpose:
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of all hotel facilities and the efficient organization of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure that high standards of operation, health and safety, and service are maintained, while monitoring the achievement of operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the optimal operation of the hotel's technical, technological and mechanical installations and equipment, always in line with the company's high standards.
- Plans and coordinates the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
- Contributes to setting the objectives of the departments under their responsibility, in line with the approved annual budget and quality standards.
- Actively participates in the staffing process for positions within the department, in accordance with company policy and the Group's values.
- Monitors staff performance, professional conduct and behavior, provides evaluation and guidance, and develops employee development plans based on identified training needs.
