Your Tasks

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business teams and management
• Analyze financial and operational data to support performance improvement
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement and promote data-driven decision-making

• Ability to communicate analytical results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, ERP platforms) is an advantage
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Business Intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent knowledge of English 

• Compensation: Competitive package based on skills and experience
• Working schedule: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
