Your Tasks
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business teams and management
- Analyze financial and operational data to support performance improvement
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement and promote data-driven decision-making
Requremets
- Ability to communicate analytical results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, ERP platforms) is an advantage
Your Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Business Intelligence
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting/dashboard tools
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
