The Resort

This is a luxury resort & spa that offers an idyllic escape intertwined with the magnifique Bahraini hospitality, enhanced by a touch of the French luxury and local cuisine.

Opening soon a new Greek theme restaurant inside the hotel.

The Role

• Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation
• Adhere to menu engineering program and assist in creating seasonal and holiday menus according to hotel guidelines
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
  

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience from Hotel background
• Ideally a chef who has the creativity and the ability to twist the traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine on a modern casual presentation
• Good level of English
• A passion for food, desire to further develop culinary and leadership skills
  

What is offered

• Salary will be 1200BHD/~3000€ net per month +shared tips
• 6 days/week, 1 off
