We are a hospitality company managing hotels and short/long-term rental properties. Our portfolio includes city hotels, serviced apartments, and vacation rentals. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, increase bookings, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets
- Handle OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) and optimize listings
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads)
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Represent the company at networking events and tourism fairs
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing (hotel or rental sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and revenue management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
