The 5* hotel Branco Mykonos seeks for
Guest Relations Manager
Main accountabilities:
- Be fully informed about the daily movement of the hotel and F&B department (arrivals, departures, VIP guests, events and rest functions)
- Ensure
that all services of the Guest Relations are carried out in a smooth
and exceptional manner (guest requests, guest queries, etc.)
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc)
- Answering internal and external guest queries and responding to all requests accordingly
- Coordinating activities between different hotel departments to ensure effective team work and guest satisfaction
- Handle guests’ complaints, take proactively immediate corrective action and inform the GM of the hotel and the F&B department
- Analyze guests’ feedback and online reviews and take actions to improve ratings
Qualifications/skills:
- Proven Experience of at least 2 years in similar position in 4*, 5* hotels
- Fluency in English and at least one more foreign language
- Computer Literacy & knowledge of Hospitality software
- Experience in reservations organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability to handle guest requests
- Good knowledge of Mykonos will be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent time management, multitask & organizational skills
