Job Description
● Perform instrument set-up / parameterization according to the lab / end-user needs
● Provide customer training on products (instruments and reagents)
● Ensures the immediate and proper scientific support for customers on site, by phone or via Remote connection (training on scientific subjects, scientific documentation, settlement of scientific problems & update on new methods and techniques)
● Document all activities in respective CRM systems and in compliance with the company’s principles
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
● Contribute to customer long term loyalty
● Participate in Customer Journey Teams/Squads and in Disease Area Squads when needed
● Collaborates with Commercial and Technical team to ensure the management and integration of new instruments or new applications, help customers on First order and collaborate with WF&IT and customer LIS company for the connection of the analyzer before customer training.
