We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international team!

Job title: Global Customer Experience Representative for our International office based in Chalandri Attica.

Duties :

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Handle reservations
• Coordinate with international branch locations
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent service standards across markets
• Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays

• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team​
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages will be considered as an asset.
• Experienced in computer & MS Office.
