- Responsible for managing the
operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining
a high level of professionalism among the restaurant staff.
- Greet and escort guests upon
arrival, with a professional and positive attitude.
- Oversee the flow of guests
within the restaurant and ensure that guest seating is organized
efficiently.
- Ensure staff can effectively
communicate buffet menu details to guests.
- Supervising all staff actions
during work.
- Monitor cleanliness and
tidiness in the dining area.
