Responsibilities 

• Responsible for managing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism among the restaurant staff.
• Greet and escort guests upon arrival, with a professional and positive attitude.
• Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant and ensure that guest seating is organized efficiently.
• Ensure staff can effectively communicate buffet menu details to guests. 
• Supervising all staff actions during work.
• Monitor cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area.

Requirements

• Hospitality diploma or relevant certification.
• Previous experience as a Maître/Sous Maître in a hotel or restaurant.
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse restaurant team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and the desired ambiance of the restaurant.
