ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a multinational company leader in its field, is seeking to hire a Product Manager based in Athens.

Product Manager (6192/PM/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation of the strategic marketing plan per brand
• Initiate market research studies and analyses their findings.
• Strong understanding of customer and competition dynamics.
• Support the development of product and pricing strategy based on model's lifecycle.
• Support training of sales force and development of effective sales tools.
• Work closely with Sales Team to implement model specific strategy in their area.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of MS Office with strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, tools and trends
• Results-driven approach with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a structured approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
• Creativity and Innovation bringing fresh ideas to enhance product positioning, customer experience, and brand performance
