About the role: As a Sales & Customer Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the sales department. This position involves supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting with order processing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team

Perform cold calls to potential and existing leads to identify new business opportunities

Handle order entry, processing, and delivery tracking

Manage inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and order status

Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)

Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role

Experience with CRM software is a plus

Proficiency in English
