Cretan Holidays S.A., a member of K. Badouvas Group, with over 50 years of dynamic presence in the tourism industry, is looking to recruit for the 2026 season, on behalf of Join UP! Tour Operator:

Hotel Representatives (Ukrainian Speaking)

📍 Locations: Rhodes, Zakynthos, Corfu, Thessaloniki & Crete

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist Join UP! guests at hotels
• Provide information regarding accommodation, excursions, and services
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Promote excursions and additional services
• Cooperate with operations and reservations departments

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
