Key Responsibilities
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa,
ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Your leadership will include managing the
spa team, delivering training, handling financial aspects, and ensuring the highest standards of
service. Additionally, you will maintain guest satisfaction by offering treatments, making
personalized recommendations, and fostering a welcoming environment.
You will also be involved in managing suppliers, overseeing marketing efforts, and contributing
to the overall spa vision. Your role will require hands-on participation, setting the standard for
guest service and professional conduct.
Key Qualifications & Experience
· At least two years' experience in a similar leadership role within a spa or wellness
environment, preferably at a luxury level.
. A recognised qualification in Beauty, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
· Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, ensure operational efficiency, and
maintain high service standards.
· Strong communication skills and confidence in recommending treatments and services.
· Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a significant advantage.
· Impeccable grooming, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.
· Experience with spa scheduling software and administrative tasks is a plus.
