The Dutch Customer Service Advisor is responsible for making business decisions that deliver superior customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills as you will provide guidance to the Dutch speaking clients of one of the largest multinational companies.

Tasks of a Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home include:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch speaking clientele
  • Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, email and / or online chats
  • Maintain solid customer relationships with Dutch customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
  • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

A Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home will need to possess the following skills:
  • Native standard of the Dutch language
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • PC literacy & an internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
