We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior professional (up to 2 years of experience) to gain 360-degree exposure to HR operations—from labor law compliance and payroll support to shaping our company’s internal policies and culture.
Reporting to Compensation & Benefits Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist in the monthly payroll cycle by gathering and verifying attendance data (leaves, absences, overtime). You will also handle the administration of employee benefits.
- Labor Law & ERGANI Management: You will support all necessary processes in ERGANI. This includes managing all necessary filings (hiring, terminations, contract amendments) and ensuring the timely entry of work schedules, overtime, and leave declarations.
- HR Framework Development: You will play a key role in building our foundations by supporting the drafting of Job Descriptions and the development of internal HR Policies & Procedures.
- HR Administration: Maintain organized physical and digital employee files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with policies and legislation.
