As we begin our 2026 recruitment season, we are looking to recruit associates for our Resort Restaurants & Bars! As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve quality beverages while delivering warm, attentive, and professional service, ensuring a memorable bar experience for every guest.

Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract starting around April / May 2026
Location: Corfu, Greece
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages to guests with precision and flair 🍸
- Create personalized experiences for guests, recommending drinks based on preferences
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standard, using premium spirits and fresh ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Interact with guests to provide a memorable, friendly, and professional service
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience

What We’re Looking For:
- Bartender experience in high-end or luxury resorts is a plus, but not required
- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, wines, and spirits 🍷
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus (especially Greek, French, or Italian)
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-end, fast-paced environment
- A positive, friendly attitude and a love for making guests feel special
