Assistant Pastry Chef

Alemagou Mykonos is seeking passionate, talented individuals with a solid work ethic, high level of integrity, commitment to quality, and cross-cultural sensitivity to join our team for the 2026 season. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Pastry Chef to support our pastry team in creating exceptional desserts and pastries that elevate our guests’ dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Support the Pastry Chef in maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pastry Arts or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in 5-star hospitality or high-end restaurants.
• Fluent in Greek; English proficiency is a plus..
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
