REMOTE - HOME OFFICE - ANYWHERE IN GREECE

Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

You will support customers of Netflix, helping with streaming issues, subscriptions, billing, and account-related questions.

No previous experience is required. What matters most is your German language skills, communication abilities, and willingness to learn.

What you will do:

• Answer customer inquiries
• Help resolve streaming and account issues
• Provide information about subscription plans and billing
• Escalate more complex cases when needed

Requirements:

• German at C1 level or higher
• English at B2 level or higher
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• EU citizenship or full working rights in Greece
• You must already be in Greece or willing to relocate permanently

What you get:

• Gross monthly salary: €1300-1500
• Performance bonus up to €145 gross
• 2 extra salaries per year according to Greek law
