As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Operations Administrator.

The position of Sales Operations Administrator is crucial for the efficient functioning of a company's sales department. This role combines administrative, analytical, and technical responsibilities, aiming to support the sales team and enhance its productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and organized operation of the company’s sales management systems and processes
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and update sales tools (CRM, Excel, and others) to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and process documentation for the Sales Management team
  • Collaborate closely with all sales channels and internal departments to support cross-functional alignment
  • Identify operational challenges and propose effective, data-driven solutions to improve workflows

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a structured sales environment
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C commercial processes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong capability in developing reports
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
