Customer service - Exports

Οne of the largest table olive and fruit processing industries in Greece, is looking to strengthen its Customer Service – Exports team.

This role supports export operations exclusively and requires daily interaction with international clients, production, logistics, and planning teams.

We are seeking a professional with experience in an FMCG industrial environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a demanding export setting.

The position is 100% onsite and requires relocation to Larissa.

• 2–4 years of experience in an industrial FMCG environment, ideally in exports, customer service or logistics.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong PC literacy and excellent knowledge of MS 365.
• Experience in project management (coordinating timelines, following up with multiple stakeholders, ensuring deliverables).
• Experience in customer communication and order handling in an international export environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Larissa.
