residential property sourcing and acquisition execution.
This is not a
traditional brokerage role.
The position focuses
on identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic acquisition opportunities
for a long-term portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source on-market
and off-market residential properties
- Build and maintain
relationships with private owners and local agents
- Conduct property
viewings and preliminary assessments
- Lead price
negotiations
- Coordinate due
diligence process
- Work closely with
lawyers and notaries through closing
- Ensure smooth
execution from offer to contract signing
- Maintain a
consistent pipeline of acquisition opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong experience
in the Athens residential market
- Proven negotiation

organizational and execution skills
- Valid driver’s
license and own vehicle
