A leading retail company in Greece, part of a global multinational group with an extensive nationwide store network, is seeking an HR Generalist to join its HR team and support the full range of human resources operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role changes, employment contracts) in compliance with ERGANI Declarations
- Manage HR data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, amendments etc) in line with internal policies and procedures
- Manage time-keeping processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime and shift schedules
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedure across all business units to ensure consistency and clarity
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal company policies
