Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator you will:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Liaise between managers, internal departments and clients
• Attend on-site meetings and prepare status reports
• Identify project risks and assist in resolving operational issues
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and related expenditures
• Prepare production forecasts and support capacity planning activities
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
• English writing & speaking fluency (C2 Level)
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
• Very good knowledge of computer use (MS Office).

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity of the ELT Market in Greece & Cyprus
• Driving License
• Experience in the use of the Softone ERP Software will be considered an asset.
