Key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
- Respond to requests, and answer the phone, with customer-oriented approach.
- Escort the guests to their rooms.
- Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel.
- Meet and exceed guests'expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting dining options, boats e.t.c.
- Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest.
- Present options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices, and be fully aware of the Resort facilities, services, and local area.
- Be fully aware of all Leading (LQAs) , FHR (Amex) Standards, benefits and Memberships.
- Always provide a friendly, efficient and personalize service.
Best candidate’s profile:
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- 2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment or similar role.
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus.
- Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel.
- Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork.
- Pleasant personality.
