Job Description

• Review client project briefs to fully understand their objectives, identify knowledge gaps, and determine research priorities.
• Conduct high-level research across industries, companies, and emerging trends to map the expert landscape.
• Engage with industry professionals via phone, LinkedIn, and email to identify and attract top-tier experts who can provide valuable insights.
• Critically assess the relevance, experience, and quality of potential experts to ensure they meet client requirements and deliver maximum value.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in an additional foreign language is considered a strong asset
• Natural aptitude for negotiation, persuasion, and commercial thinking
• Strong interest in the business and corporate world
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and passion for lifelong learning
• Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering value and high-quality results
