Working as part of the Sales and digital marketing team, will be based in our
Thessaloniki office and she will be responsible for making outbound calls from inbound leads and from online tools (Linkedin, etc.) within the Greek area. She will have to research these potential new leads, to approach the potential clients, to ask for an introduction conference and make digital presentations, to update our records in the CRM, to sell and to sign contracts over the phone. She will tend to maximize the potential from each call, tend to convert them into qualified conference call appointments.
Responsibilities
- Being responsible for searching new b2b clients from all over the internet and making outbound calls from the contacts found via online tools, existing customers and inbounds leads
- Being responsible to inform and make introduction conference and digital presentations to these potential clients about our products or services by using our scripts
- Answering to their questions about products or the company and resolve b2b client’s problems
- Acting as an ambassador for the business and promote the company’s services and products
- Ask questions in order to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Convert the calls into new business and to be proactive in identifying opportunities from new business
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided and go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Preparing client proposals and contract
- Use company databases to gain potential leads
- Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company database and keep records relevant data from calls and sales
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Build a long-term relationship with b2b clients and deal with them in a professional manner
- To warranty the quality of our service in a prompt, polite and professional standards manner
- Assist with other departments when it will be required
