• conducting centralized monitoring and analytics to meet corporate needs, including transparency and disclosure obligations
• providing ad-hoc support for decentralized monitoring activities in collaboration with local Ethics and Compliance representatives
• performing desk monitoring activities, which involve monitoring documents and systems
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and developing mitigation strategies
• developing and maintaining metrics and reporting mechanisms to track compliance activities and identify areas for improvement
• delivering group presentations and engaging in one-on-one interactions to communicate compliance requirements and best practices
• establishing and maintaining credibility and trust throughout the organization by demonstrating integrity and confidentiality in all interactions
• proactively identifying compliance issues and recommending corrective actions to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and company policies

In order to be considered for this Ethics & Compliance Officer role, you need to have:

• at least 5 years of experience in an admin role
• university/college degree
• fluency in English and Greek and proficiency in at least one other European language (French or German preferred)
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations
• proficiency in all MS office applications
• previous work experience in pharmaceutical companies will be considered a strong plus
