Job Description
Campaign Support & Digital Marketing
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and social media channels
- Assist with content scheduling, asset organization, and campaign performance monitoring
- Conduct market research to analyze gamer behavior, retail trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare basic performance reports, visuals, and summaries for internal teams and publishing partners
- Create or adapt content for social media, newsletters, and websites in line with brand guidelines
Asset Localization & Creative Coordination
- Localize global publisher assets (key art, trailers, banners), including translation, resizing, formatting, and coordination of voice-over needs
- Ensure consistency with brand identity and publisher guidelines
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external vendors for the timely delivery of marketing materials
- Support the creation of POS materials, product presentations, and retailer-specific toolkits
Trade Marketing & Retail Support
- Coordinate retail activations, in-store branding, and merchandising activities based on publisher instructions
- Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials to retail partners across assigned markets
- Track execution quality and collect feedback from sales teams and retail partners
Events & Community Activation
- Support the planning and execution of gaming events, launch activations, showcases, and consumer-facing exhibitions
- Coordinate logistics, asset preparation, and post-event reporting
- Assist with influencer collaborations, community outreach initiatives, and content creator activations
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain internal marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and asset libraries
- Coordinate with publishers, PR teams, and regional partners regarding approvals, asset updates, and reporting needs
- Support CRM updates, database management, and basic internal communication activities
