To be able to achieve all these goals, we are hiring a Base Manager for our Thessaloniki office located in the nearby airport area, whose main responsibilities will be to: ensure the correct functioning of the operating base, according to the availability of vehicles in terms of variety, quality and quantity, in accordance with the booking schedule as well as the rules and procedures of the Company.

• Experience in managing a rent-a-car fleet
• Proficient in English
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Authemis platform
• Ability to coordinate effectively with body shops and workshop partners to ensure timely and accurate results
• Flexible and proactive, with a strong willingness to support station operations
• Responsible for monitoring vehicle condition, maintenance, cleaning, and overall station fleet needs
• Occasional shuttle bus driving duties
