• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
• Previous working experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. A second language will be considered an asset.
• Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
• Self-motivation, excitement and exceptional communication and team-building skills
• Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus
• Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
• Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results.

• Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience. 
• Ensure effective coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, and other hotel departments. 
• Handle guest relations and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. 
• Monitor service quality, presentation, and consistency in line with brand standards. 
• Manage manpower planning, supplies, and operational needs to support smooth daily operations. 
• Participate in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to optimize performance. 
• Conduct regular training and pre-shift briefings to maintain high service standards. 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. 
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
