Some of your day to day tasks as an Office Administrator will include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing couriers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintaining a systematic tracking system for packages
  • Efficiently managing email correspondence
  • Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments
  • Collaborating with outsourced IT and HR teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assisting in coordinating IT-related tasks and HR activities
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of various company events
  • Coordinating logistics and ensuring events run seamlessly
  • Managing and processing expense reports in accordance with company policies
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Gathering and organizing invoices for review by the finance team
  • Listing and categorizing invoices in Excel for tracking purposes
  • Utilizing SAP for various administrative functions, including issuing purchase orders
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement processes
  • Assisting employees with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Maintaining organized records of travel itineraries

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator role must have:

  • University/college degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in any admin position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially excel & ppt)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
