JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Facility Management team. This role involves managing the maintenance ticketing system, supervising staff and contractors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, plan and oversee renovations, and implement energy efficiency initiatives to support sustainable operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate technical ticketing system, record deficiencies and maintenance needs, delegate tasks to technical teams, supervise execution, report progress
- Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily technical functions, repairs, maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building etc), new constructions, landscaping, and cleaning. Proactively detect technical issues, trouble shooting and manage technically efficient solutions
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts with external providers and contractors. Coordinate with procurement team.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all EHS, fire safety, and regulatory standards; conduct risk assessments and inspections.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage facility budgets, monitor utility usage, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate renovations, space planning, and long-term improvements.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise maintenance teams and external maintenance contractors.
