This is an entry-level and full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, for our offices based in Thermi and city center.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Check Online & Spot rates in Shipping Lines’ websites
- Register ocean and land rates in the databases
- Proofread filings by Shipping Lines, to make sure they are in line with the agreed deals.
- Ensure the company's database is always updated
- Assist in overcoming impediments that hinder operational performance (bookings that cannot be submitted, filings that are not reflected in the system, vessel schedules that are not clear etc.)
- Collaborate closely with all freight procurement colleagues, aiming to assist in their day-to-day activities
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
- Preferably one year of experience in an office setting
- Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Communication skill
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
