Spa Therapist
Position description:
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized therapies as trained.
- Tailor treatments to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and well-stocked before and after each service.
- Greet guests warmly and conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand concerns or health conditions.
- Provide professional recommendations on treatments, homecare products, and wellness routines.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all equipment, linens, and treatment areas.
- Follow all spa protocols, health regulations, and safety procedures.
- Stay updated on contraindications and adapt treatments as required.
- Coordinate with the Spa Receptionist and Spa Manager regarding bookings, special requests, and guest feedback.
- Inform management of any equipment malfunctions or supply needs.
- Record treatment notes and guest preferences accurately.
- Promote spa services, treatment packages, and retail products to enhance guest wellness and increase revenue.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales and performance targets.
