Position requirements:
Previous experience in managing Bars for at least 2 years
Fluency in English
Customer oriented with a strong guest relations' approach
Successfully manage the teammates
Experienced in managing department's stocks and equipment, HACCP guidelines, Menu Engineering.
Deep knowledge and proven experience on cocktails creation
Knowledge of wine, beer and drinks
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism will be considered as an asset
Able to work under pressure
