The main responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Production & Packaging Supervisor will be the following:
- Ensures the smooth operation of the production/packaging department in the time frame of the shift.
- Monitoring the production /packaging process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, GMP standards and safety guidelines to ensure product quality.
- Takes initiative or participates in efforts aimed at enhancing productivity processes and lowering production costs.
- Guiding employee performance to ensure that they reachgoals and complete duties on schedule.
- Advising employees on their job obligations and safety procedures.
