Περιγραφή

CS Hospitality, the leading hotel management company in Greece, is seeking a Reservations Agent/ Reservation Executive to join its team in Patra or Athens offices.

As a Reservations Agent/ Reservations Executive, you are responsible for responding promptly to guests’ requests, travel agencies or other networks related to hotel bookings, and receiving them via email, phone or through the central reservation system with care by following the company’s SOPs. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions.
  • Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented.
  • Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution.

Requirements

  • Diploma or a degree in hospitality management or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury hotel reservations, ideally within a high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software (Opera, Protel)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Experience in sales and upselling to promote additional services and packages effectively
  • Proficiency in English and Greek (both written and spoken) proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
