Patient Coordinator for Serbian - Speaking Patients

The Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit EmbryoClinic, based in Kalamaria, is seeking to hire a Patient Coordinator for its patients from Serbia.

The Patient Coordinator will support patients from Serbia, ensuring smooth communication and comprehensive guidance at all stages of their interaction with the clinic. The role is key to a positive patient experience and requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming requests and providing timely information to Serbian-speaking patients.
• Coordinating appointments, procedures, and required documentation.
• Collaborating with medical and administrative staff.
• Supporting patients before, during, and after their visit/treatment.
• Recording and updating data in accordance with internal policies and quality standards.

Success Metrics

• Response time to patient requests.
• Level of patient satisfaction.
• Accuracy and completeness of record updates.
• Effective coordination of appointments and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Serbian and very good command of English.
• Previous experience in a patient/customer service or coordination role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
• The candidate must have a valid work permit in Greece.
