We
are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to support
the growth of our bakery retail chain.
The ideal candidate will strengthen
brand presence, drive in-store traffic, increase customer loyalty, and support
new product launches and general promotions, across multiple outlets through
effective local, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Stores Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop Stores marketing plan aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives
- Define promotional calendars, mechanics, and in-store activation plans
- Support new store openings and new product launches
- Collaborate with operations and store managers to align marketing with in-store execution
In-Store Promotions & Execution
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and offers inside stores
- Ensure correct placement of posters, menu boards, shelf talkers, and promotional signage
- Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns at store level
- Support tasting activities, sampling, and in-store activations
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth sales analysis (turnover, sales volume per SKU / category/ outlet/ customer, as well as analyze customer behaviour
- Track key KPIs such as footfall, conversion rate, basket size, and frequency
- Prepare regular dashboards and performance reports for management
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Perform ongoing market research and competition mapping per area of activity
- customer segmentation as well as competitor analysis to identify market trends
- consumer preferences, and competitive positioning, providing actionable insights to the sales, product and teams
- Participating in new product/range proposals and pricing policies.
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain appealing product presentation for bread, pastries, cakes, and take-away items
- Ensure display standards are followed consistently across all outlets
