As part of our continued international growth, we are seeking an organized and motivated Export Coordinator to join our team in Efkarpia, Thessaloniki.

Role Description

The Export Coordinator will support the company’s international operations by managing export orders, communicating with global clients and partners, and coordinating internally with design, production, and logistics teams. This is a back-office role focused on export coordination, order management, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the development of international markets
  • Communicate with existing and new international clients via email and phone
  • Receive, process and manage export orders
  • Prepare, submit and follow up on offers and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with the Design and Production departments to prepare technical and financial proposals
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and monitor order and project progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP / CRM systems
  • Contribute to sales reporting and market data analysis
  • Ensure proper preparation and handling of export and commercial documentation

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in exports, sales support, back office or B2B customer support
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a technical, construction, manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus)
