Excursions Coordinator in Tourist Agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily excursion operations and schedules.
• Liaise with local suppliers (transport, guides, boats, venues).
• Confirm bookings, capacities, timings, and service details.
• Monitor excursions in progress and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Collect and verify operational reports and excursion documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tourism operations or excursion management.
• Very good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
