Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Kids Club Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Kids Club Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Kids Club to ensure high guest satisfaction. The Kids Club Supervisor reports to the Kids Club Manager.
As Kids Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and guide the Kids Club Attendants in the absence of the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan, prepare, implement, and complete scheduled Kids Club programs and activities.
- Conduct activities as required and follow the daily activity schedule.
- Handle opening and closing duties, registrations, check-in/check-out, and fee processing in line with accounting procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, ensuring proper safety techniques at all times.
- Monitor program success through participation levels and guest feedback, making improvements as needed, while contributing innovative ideas, attending monthly meetings, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining equipment properly.
