housekeeping operations
- Participate
in hiring, training procedures
- Monitor
all front office operations
- Maintain
customer service/satisfaction standards
- Perform daily room and property
inspections
- Perform other related duties,
as assigned
- Ensure full compliance with
hotel operating controls, policies, and service standards
- Deliver financial performance
as set in company budgets
