Περιγραφή

This is an on-site contract role for a Contracting Manager based in Rhodes or Kos (Dodecanese). The role involves managing client relationships, conducting negotiations and contracts with partners, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. The Contracting Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing sales will be a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Drive weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through in-depth market knowledge and effective use of available tools.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of vacation rentals and property management services across European markets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners, offering continuous support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Objection Handling: Address concerns and objections with professionalism, offering tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and annual sales reports and performance reviews.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Back Office Management: Keep accurate records of tour operators (TOs), OTAs, leads, and sales activities using our ERP system.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contracting, sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with European vacation planning and the property management industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, OTA extranets, and sales tools.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in English, Greek, and/or German/French (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
