Technical Services Partner (Digital & Operations)
Job Description
- Lead implementation of digital systems integration projects within laboratory environments (from requirements gathering to go-live)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIS connectivity, middleware and data workflows
- Support integration of digital health solutions and cybersecurity frameworks
- Ensure compliance with validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory standards
- Monitor system performance KPIs to enhance uptime and customer satisfaction
- Manage spare parts inventory lifecycle (receiving, inspection, storage and availability)
- Coordinate order fulfillment for urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance
- Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy and stock control
- Ensure all operational activities align with quality and healthcare industry standards
