Περιγραφή

A well-established industrial plastics manufacturing company, with strong international presence and exports to approximately 80 countries worldwide, is seeking an Export Sales Executive to further strengthen and expand its commercial activities in selected European markets.

The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s client portfolio, with a primary focus on Poland, as well as Slovakia, Austria, and Germany.

The company already has an active presence in these markets, and the role is strongly growth-oriented, with emphasis on business development and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and further develop existing customer relationships in the assigned export markets
  • Actively expand the client base, with special focus on the Polish market
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competition
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, logistics, finance)
  • Participate in international exhibitions and business trips when required

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Proven experience in Export Sales / International Sales, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Fluent / native-level Polish is mandatory
  • German language skills are highly desirable
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage international accounts
  • Willingness to travel internationally
