Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in supporting our Revenue team to drive business growth. This multifaceted role seeks an Assistant Yield & Revenue Manager professional, being capable of developing and executing pricing strategies, optimizing channel distribution, and providing insights to maximize revenue performance across our portfolio. This position offers opportunities for growth and development in the specialized field of hotel revenue management.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Support the Yield & Revenue Manager in developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies across all Iberian properties.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and pace reports.
- Manage room inventory and rate availability across all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings).
- Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and present revenue reports, forecasts, and performance summaries to senior management.
- Collaborate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure optimal rate strategies are consistently applied.
- Manage channel distribution, ensuring rate parity and content accuracy across all platforms.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Identify trends in booking behaviour and recommend strategies to maximise yield.
- Support the evaluation and optimisation of Revenue Management System (RMS) tools and processes.
