Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a track record of winning complex, high-value institutional tenders? Do you thrive in fast-paced, multilingual environments where precision, compliance, and cross-functional coordination are key?
If you have a keen commercial eye, a deep understanding of public procurement processes (such as EU bodies, UN agencies, or NGOs) and the drive to lead proposal submissions from end to end, we want to hear from you.
As a Bid Manager you will:

- Analyze tender documentation in detail, identifying key technical requirements, evaluation criteria, submission guidelines, and legal/compliance obligations.
- Draft, review, and finalize compelling proposal responses and all supporting documentation in both English and French to ensure high quality and alignment with client standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal production, finance, HR, vendor management, and leadership teams to gather required inputs and build competitive bids.
- Monitor and track all critical milestones, including deadlines, official clarifications, contract amendments, administrative paperwork, and portal submission procedures.
- Enforce strict quality control and compliance standards to ensure all submitted proposals meet both external client specifications and internal benchmarks.
- Maintain and update the central repository of bid templates, historical records, supporting assets, and internal knowledge bases for future tender use.
- Track procurement portals and databases to identify, evaluate, and highlight relevant new business and tender opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, continuously refining bid management workflows, templates, and operational toolkits.
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to the broader team on tender-related tasks and special projects as needed.
