As a Demi Chef de Partie at alma beach, you will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and precision. Working in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment and under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will develop your technical skills while contributing to a refined and elevated culinary experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your assigned section
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of dishes according to kitchen standards
- Maintaining proper mise en place levels for smooth service
- Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
- Following recipes and instructions with precision and professionalism
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization and hygiene of your station
- Proper storage and handling of food products in line with food safety regulations
- Collaborating effectively with the kitchen team during preparation and service
