ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an established and growing industrial manufacturing organization with a strong presence in Europe, is seeking a Senior Production and Maintenance Engineer to join its production facility in the Ioannina region. The role supports the Production Manager in the planning, coordination, and optimization of production and maintenance activities, contributing to the efficient and reliable operation of the plant while ensuring smooth processes, equipment reliability, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Senior Production and Maintenance Engineer (Ref. 6146/SPME/ESS/GR)
Key Responsibilities
- Support production planning and execution in line with daily, monthly, and annual targets, including coordination of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external technicians to support maintenance and technical interventions.
- Contribute to trial and pilot production activities in cooperation with the R&D and Quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and support the implementation of workplace organization practices.
- Assist in monitoring spare parts and consumables, as part of maintenance planning.
- Support team coordination and knowledge sharing within production and maintenance processes.
